If you'd like to clean your Bukbag, it is recommended that you do so with a wet rag, or by hand using cold water, and allow it air dry in the shade or indoors.

Each Bukbag is handmade of 100 % cotton for a soft, organic feel. The tactile comfort of natural material was important to our original designs. The fabric is not pre-washed and will shrink nearly 1 1/2 inches if washed using washer and dryer.

While this may be a desired occurrence for a DIY-enthusiast, if you choose to modify your Buk Bag for smaller book by washing it, doing so will render your Buk Bag non-refundable. Again, we've found that after one wash and dry, Buk Bag shrinks nearly 1 1/2 inches.
